Tickets cannot currently be purchased online, but only at the ticket office at the departure point of the Prada Costabella Cable Car.

Free ticket issued by the ticket offices at the stations.
Disabled travellers
- European Disability Card holders: persons who are 67% to 99% disabled, reduced price of €14.00.
- Person with 100% disability without the right to accompaniment: free ticket for the individual with a disability; any accompanying person must pay the regular ticket price.
- Person with 100% disability with the right to accompaniment: free ticket for the individual with a disability and the accompanying person and priority boarding via lift to skip any queues.
There are currently no discounts for those who are less than 100% disabled but do not possess a European Disability Card.
All customers with disabilities must provide proper documentation in the form of a European Disability Card, an INPS Report, or a Report from the Commission of First Instance.
Only those with a 100% disability and the right to accompaniment may skip the queue.
Promotions
For residents in the municipalities of Malcesine, Brenzone or San Zeno di Montagna can apply for a discounted fare of 14,00 Euro at the ticket office after presenting proof of residency.
Customers wishing to hike the Route of the Peaks, from Tratto Spino to Costabella and vice versa, can purchase a single ticket valid for: Ascent by the Malcesine Cable Car/Descent by the Prada-Costabella Cable Car or Ascent by the Prada-Costabella Systems/Descent by the Malcesine Cable Car.
The price is: €25.00 for single tickets, or €20.00 per person for groups of 20 people or more, with a free ticket for every 20 paying customers.
For those who present a Malcesine-Monte Baldo cable car (valid for the current summer season) at the Prada station ticket office, a discount of €3.00 on the price of an adult return ticket Prada/Costabella is applied only at the cash desk.
For those who present the Garda Promotion Card or the ATV pass for one, three or seven days, receive a discount of €3.00 on round trip tickets for adults on the Prada/Costabella route (€17.00 instead of €20.00).

Groups and schools
Organised groups can apply for the discounted rate by presenting a list of members of the group at the ticket office.
Adult groups
Groups of at least 10 adults are entitled to the following discount:
- €15.00 per adult for the Prada/Costabella round trip
- 1 free ticket per 10 paying adults
School groups up to middle school
